Curious how I created these prompts? I’ll teach you in a 45-min 1:1 session. Includes free access to the Strategic Communicator’s AI Toolkit: 65 “Super” Prompts.
Why this guide?
This resource focuses on high-level planning for communications leaders, rather than content generation. It’s designed for leaders who are curious about AI use cases for strategic comms.
Steps
- Choose Your Tool:
- Use your preferred LLM, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Copy/Paste and Customize the Prompt:
- Choosing one prompt at a time, customize it by adding details in the bracketed sections.
- Include Context & Be Specific:
- The more specific your inputs, the better your outputs. Provide extra context such as your organization’s specific goals, pain points, and preferred comms channels.
- Do not share sensitive or proprietary information with LLMs. That said, for best results, DO provide relevant details.
- Follow Up and Iterate:
- After submitting a prompt and receiving an output, follow up with the tool. Provide feedback on what you like or don’t like, request more details on specific points, or ask for rewrites in particular tones. Keep iterating!
